This is an appeal by the County of Maui from an order in the nature of a declaratory judgment and injunction entered below. The order was entered pursuant to the granting of appellants motion for summary judgment and denying the motion for summary judgment of Appellee Puamana Management Corporation. Appellant contends that the injunctive relief was not wide enough in scope. We affirm.
